Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
- Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management.
You will have relevant retail sales experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment.
You can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
You will have a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers.
