Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Aftermarket Manager to join our team at 360HR Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead our services and aftermarket business growth, championing service excellence and supporting growth initiatives that make a lasting impact.

About the Role
  • Drive services and achieve aftermarket business growth, leading a team of technicians and building strong client relationships.
  • Manage client inquiries, ensuring a steady, profitable pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of all service work to guarantee timely, high-quality execution.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage timely procurement through the ERP system.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Services team, promoting teamwork and high performance.
  • Guide technicians in meeting company standards for documentation and client interactions.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to leverage an established customer network and generate new business opportunities from the ground up.
  • Solid background in service or maintenance, and aftermarket management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client and team interactions.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proven customer service and negotiation expertise with a client-focused approach.
  • Background in service, maintenance, or aftermarket management, ideally with air pollution control systems or similar industries.
  • Strong skills in managing schedules, teams, and client relationships with a solutions-focused mindset.
