About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Leader. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive and sophisticated means.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual needs analysis for customers in branch, recommending the most suitable products and explaining the value and benefits of these products.
- Work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
- Assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring that they understand the full value of their health insurance product, provide solutions to any identified concerns or unmet needs and educate members on all the benefits they can access.
- Lead the retail store team and maintain a superior Sales and Service ethos within the retail environment.
- Drive and support the achievement of the retail store's business objectives, sales, retention, customer satisfaction, and quality and productivity targets.
About You
We are looking for a well-established Sales Leader who is aspiring to demonstrate and build upon their leadership capabilities and take on additional responsibilities including coaching and mentoring of staff, reporting and assisting with operational requirements.
