Identity and Access Management Engineer

Launch Recruitment is working with a leading organization to find an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure the security and compliance of the organization's systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint and other IAM tools to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Lead the integration and configuration of IAM tools to ensure seamless access control and identity management.
  • Develop and execute acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of IAM solutions.
  • Provide level 3 support for SailPoint and other IAM products to ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering with a focus on SailPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies, including SailPoint, CyberArk, and ISIM.
  • Experience with application onboarding and enhancements in SailPoint Identity IQ or similar identity management tools.
  • Strong programming skills and experience with scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
