**Fixed Operations Manager Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Operations Manager to oversee the Service and Parts Departments of our Automotive Industry dealership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Management, with experience in managing both Service and Parts Departments. They will be able to double as Service Manager and have a good understanding of Parts Department operations.

We offer a competitive salary package including a retainer up to $140k (negotiable), super, and commission based on Service and Parts Department results. A company vehicle is also provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our management team and take responsibility for leading our Service and Parts Departments to success.

To be considered for this role, you must have strong management, financial, people handling, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for achieving departmental targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
