Fixed Operations Manager - Automotive Industry. Our client is a well established, area landmark new car dealership located in the southern Gold Coast area. They are seeking a Fixed Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their management team.
The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income, a friendly working environment and future career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Service and Parts Departments, with the Service Department as the prime focus of energy.
- Oversee parts operations and, where required, double as the Service Manager.
- Provide strong management, financial, people handling and organisational leadership; take ultimate responsibility for both the Service and Parts Departments.
- Strong background as a dealership Service Manager is required.
- Previous experience as a dealership Fixed Operations Manager or Aftersales Manager is highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience with service and parts operations; ability to manage both departments effectively.
Salary envisaged up to $140k (negotiable for very experienced applicants), superannuation, commission based on Service and Parts Department results, and a company vehicle.
