Site Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled production manager to oversee daily operations and motivate teams at various sites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production workshops, ensuring quality assurance standards are maintained, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production workshop targets, repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, and maintain AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive quotes, conduct quality inspections, and ensure repairs meet pre-accident condition.
- Offer prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers.
- Monitor site profitability, prepare P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools.
- Oversee staffing levels and processes, build positive relationships with work providers, and maintain a safe working environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Motivated individuals who can exceed targets and lead by example.
- Proven leaders with strong people management skills and experience in similar roles is advantageous.
