Editorial Director for New Homes Content

This role oversees the strategy, production, and results of a New Homes editorial plan to engage and connect with home buyers.

  • Develop a content roadmap across multiple platforms, assessing performance and optimising strategy to ensure goals are met.
  • Conceptualize and manage original and engaging editorial, podcast, social, and video content.
  • Utilise data, SEO, cultural, and social insights to ideate content that drives excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with developers and product teams to create engaging property-savvy audience experiences with up-to-date guides and editorials.

- Develop strong relationships with apartment developers, home builders, and land developers to enhance brand depth and value add.

- Provide thought-leadership presentations and editorial insights to assist sales teams in effectively articulating trends and consumer market sentiment.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in editorial content production across print, magazines, and/or digital.
  • Strategic thinking skills with proven experience in creating, executing, and leading a strategic content plan.
  • Strong project management abilities, including conceptualisation, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiating, and building relationships.
