Care Service Coordinator Position

Provide exceptional care services to older members of our community by joining our home help team as a Care Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support and assistance in the Taree area.

About the Role
  • Offer personal care services such as assisting clients with mobility, providing therapy goals, and offering social and emotional support.
  • Provide general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping services.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role.
  • Australian Open class Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle.
