The Opportunity

Do you have a compassionate heart and a desire to help others? As an experienced aged care support worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care services to our clients. We are seeking an individual with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role, who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working independently, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build positive relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general housekeeping and personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting clients with mobility and therapy goals, as well as providing social and emotional support.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, as well as assisting with grocery shopping.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care or home care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification.
