Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in your community? Ablepoint Australia is seeking an experienced Support Worker (Male or Female) to join our supportive team in Taree NSW

We proudly support NDIS participants and are looking for someone who shares our passion for care, independence, and empowerment.

About the Role

  • Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and daily living support
  • Assist with community access, shopping, cooking, and light household tasks
  • Encourage skill development and independence in participants
  • Implement tailored support plans, including behavioural support needs
  • Work within participants' homes and supported living environments

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
  • 6+ months experience in disability, autism, or mental health support
  • Comfortable providing personal care & domestic assistance

Required or willing to obtain:

  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check /NDISWC
  • First Aid & CPR

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Patience and empathy
  • A positive, proactive attitude
