Job Title: Hair and Makeup Artist

Job Description:

  • Produce flawless hair and makeup looks on our models while sticking to tight deadlines.
  • Provide ad hoc touch-ups to ensure that the output of our imagery remains of a high standard throughout the day.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the onsite hair and makeup stations are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Work closely with our suppliers to refresh and add to our hair and makeup workstation, offering the latest and best quality products on the market.
  • Responsible for developing a culture of exemplary hair and makeup in our eCommerce imagery.
  • Involved in reviewing and redesigning our hair and makeup guidelines to create world-class photogenic looks for our diverse categories.
  • Be a role model, trusted and respected by team members and leaders alike.
  • Responsible for the effective stocktake and maintenance of the in-house hair and makeup workstation.
  • Work alongside experienced photographers and stylists.

About You:

  • A true passion for hair and makeup.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in hair and makeup within an online fashion environment.
  • Proficient in the recreation of different hair and makeup styles across multiple looks.
  • Understand how to create different hair and makeup looks depending on the style of the shoot.
  • Have a good understanding of current hair and makeup trends in fashion.
  • A well-organized and efficient worker, with excellent time management skills.
  • A creative professional who has the ability to work seamlessly on independent projects or part of a team.
  • Able to showcase your skills and develop your creativity.
  • Integrate with our dynamic onsite production team and assist in promoting a collaborative and creative working culture.
