Distance Education Leader

This role involves leading a sub-school to deliver high-quality learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students. As a Distance Education leader, you will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and staff to ensure a seamless educational experience.

Key areas of focus include enrolment management, pastoral care, student attendance, and the creation of a supportive learning environment. You will also play a key role in developing community and connections among stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, administration, and communication skills, as well as the ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional qualifications and/or experience in school leadership are highly valued, and we encourage applications from active Christians who hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.
