We are seeking experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Calvary Care. As a Nurse at Calvary, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and appropriate patient care
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
