Calvary Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the Role:
- Deliver patient-centered care to individuals requiring rehabilitation services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- 12 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
