Calvary Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Rehabilitation Unit at St Johns. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centred rehabilitative nursing care to patients in the Rehabilitation Unit
- Conduct competent clinical assessments, consultations, and care provision along a continuum of care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA and current practicing certificate
- Demonstrated clinical competence in rehabilitation nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
