Job Description

The Manager, Member Resolution role plays a key leadership position within the Service Delivery Team. You will oversee a team of professionals who handle member complaints in line with fund requirements and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, ability to work autonomously, and thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are explored enthusiastically.

As a leader, you will foster continuous improvement through consultation, education, and communication. Your team will be responsible for ensuring fair, timely, and effective complaint resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Member Resolution team to meet internal and external performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support member service excellence.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement across the function.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in dispute resolution and complex complaint management.
  • Solid experience within the superannuation industry.
  • Excellent technical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
