About The Role

The Connected Care Service Development Manager will work closely with clinical, digital, and operational teams to design and implement innovative projects aligned with the district's Transforming Your Experience strategy.

This role involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders, evaluating current services, identifying opportunities for growth, developing new virtual clinical pathways, and leading change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in health management or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of optimal performance.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of quality frameworks, client-centered service delivery, best practice applications, and models of integrated care.
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
