This is a key role for someone who wants to make a difference in the delivery of projects worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Junior Document Controller to join our growing Natural Resource team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career further and gain experience with the support of an established Document Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Aconex, controlling documents including design drawings, specifications, calculations, lists, data sheets, vendor data, checking Design Submissions to ensure metadata compliance, initiating design reviews, reporting contract deliverables, and developing core information and input for gateway reviews as required.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include strong analytical and organisational skills, Aconex experience, 2 years Document Control experience, knowledge of the Natural Resources or infrastructure industry, previous experience with document control systems, data handling or processing experience and skills, and attention to detail.
