Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Team Leader to guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-orientated mental health support.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of professionals.
  • Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service.
  • Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g. K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to our guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across clinical providers.
  • Contribute to service quality through risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement aligned with standards.
  • Assist with reporting and accountability to funding bodies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Allied Health and relevant registration.
  • Relevant experience in mental health (leadership experience highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to deliver and oversee participant support.
  • Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary environments.

Essential Requirements:

A current open driver's license.Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain one).
