Global Risk Management Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Professional to join our Trust and Safety team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in fraud, risk management or trust and safety roles.
About the Role- As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of campaigns on our platform.
You will be responsible for detecting campaign risks, monitoring fundraising campaigns for potential risks, and investigating complaints regarding fraudulent activity.
To achieve this, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement detection protocols, improve automated systems and processes, and provide feedback on product improvements.
Responsibilities- Risk Detection: Conduct reviews of new fundraising campaigns to identify potential upcoming risks.
- Risk Monitoring: Monitor existing fundraising campaigns for risk signals.
- Campaign Investigation: Review and analyze community complaints regarding potential fraudulent activity.
- Feedback and Improvement: Continuously improve the automated detection systems and processes, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management practices into our platform.
The successful candidate will have:
- A solid background in fraud, risk management, trust and safety, or payments roles.
- Experience with customer due diligence, AML/CTF/KYC regulations, or similar concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies.
- An empathetic approach when interacting with customers and colleagues.
