Enterprise Messaging Specialist

This role involves overseeing enterprise messaging services across Exchange Online, Hybrid, and on-premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining reliable mail flow and platform health, driving security, compliance, and recoverability.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing messaging improvements and migrations with minimal user impact. Additionally, the successful candidate will support SharePoint Online and OneDrive information management and access controls at a working level.

The Enterprise Messaging Specialist will also be responsible for administering core Teams policies and collaborating on lifecycle and governance. They will promote good practices that enable productivity and data protection.

Other key responsibilities include producing concise operational documentation and contributing to knowledge sharing. The specialist will operate changes and incidents using ITIL practices and lead problem investigations for recurring issues.

In addition, the Enterprise Messaging Specialist will engage with stakeholders and vendors to validate designs and resolve complex issues. They will identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and improve user experience.
