This role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Dental Receptionists looking to join a vibrant, supportive and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

  • Greet patients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven dental experience in a reception role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
