Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team in the baby room. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to create engaging educational programs and foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support for children aged 0-2 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver stimulating educational programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
