High-Intensity Care Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SIL House Leader to join our team in Gladstone, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-intensity SILS (Supported Independent Living) house providing exceptional care and empowering individuals with significant health and support needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.
This role involves managing day-to-day operations, implementing individualised support plans, administering medication, and coordinating with healthcare providers and families to ensure holistic care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the complex needs of individuals.
- Managing and implementing individualised support plans, including behaviour management strategies.
- Assisting with medication administration, personal care, and other healthcare tasks.
- Acting as a mentor and role model for other support workers, offering guidance, training, and leadership.
Requirements include a Certificate IV in Disability or a related field, Enrolled Nurse qualification or substantial experience in health/high health needs environments, and current First Aid and CPR certifications.
