Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Cheltenham plant.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner to play a critical role in the development and implementation of reliability systems and processes that will ensure the continued success of the business through the improvement of machine reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing cost effective and proactive maintenance planning strategies to meet immediate and long-term needs of the plant
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, and assisting with shutdown planning
  • Ensuring parts and spares are available for maintenance days
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize plant availability and reliability
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • An engineering, mechanical or electrical trade qualification
  • Experience in planning and executing shutdowns and maintenance
  • Contractor management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering/mechanical maintenance
  • Good knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • A strong health and safety attitude
  • Working knowledge of computer-based maintenance systems (MP2, MS Project)
  • An understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance philosophies
