Monitoring Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Monitoring Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all alarms and calls are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring all alarms and calls are actioned
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers
- Working with and supporting different areas within the business
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a calm and composed demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
As a Monitoring Officer, you will be required to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster, which may include days, nights, and weekends. This role is ideal for someone who is able to commit to a shiftwork schedule and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
