We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Monitoring Operator to join our team in Perth.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring alarm events, prioritising responses and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Liaise with emergency services, security patrols and diverse clients to ensure timely resolutions
  • Schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call-outs requiring strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a calm manner, attention to detail and professional attitude in high-pressure situations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Resilient and reliable with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Candidates must be able to hold or obtain a Criminal History Police clearance and attend a Pre-Employment Medical
