Building Code Specialist

We are seeking a Building Code Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing expert advice to clients.
- Deliver high-quality assessments and reports on new and existing buildings;
- Provide expert advice on building codes and regulations;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet client needs;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standards;
- 3+ years' experience in building surveying or a related field;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
- Excellent understanding of the EP&A Act/Regulations, NCC (Vol 1 & 2), and Australian Standards;
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills;
- A collaborative mindset and a drive for practical outcomes;
