Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Eastern Coast of Australia's sales territory, providing dealer and customer feedback, growing sales volume and market share for long term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage this sales territory working closely with dealers and customers to generate sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction of our products.
  2. Organize and assist dealers in conducting customer clinics and open houses to promote the sale of our products.
  3. Deliver technical product presentations and product demonstrations to dealers, customers, and prospects.
  4. Plan, organize and participate at regional farm shows, dealer meetings and field training programs.
  5. Represent us at field-related activities and other industry functions as required.
  6. Provide valuable customer insights to inform current and future product design and development.
  7. Analyze and manage sales volumes, market share, and dealer inventories.
  8. Collaborate with our product support and engineering personnel as needed.
