About the Role

The newly created position of Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across the VIC, WA, SA, and NT regions, ensuring achievement of sales targets. The appointee will inspire and develop a well-established sales team, fostering long-term relationships with key customers. Ensuring sales performance and a cohesive approach, the Regional Sales Manager will proactively pursue new business opportunities, proposing solutions to grow the customer base and expand product offerings in existing accounts.

About You

A highly credible and experienced Sales Manager, you have successfully led and developed high-performing sales teams within the aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors. Your proven track record of achieving organic growth and ability to influence and provide trusted counsel to key stakeholders are complemented by your commercial acumen, accountability, strong ethics, integrity, motivational approach, and passion for accelerating businesses. A collaborative, engaging, and consultative style will enable success in this dynamic fast-paced market leader.
