Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with daily tasks, including eating, social activities, and mobility
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure care plans are implemented and residents' health and wellbeing are optimized
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and the community
Requirements
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to continue professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people

- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment
