Role Description
---------------

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to work in our residential care facility at Bodington. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents, including assisting with personal care, supporting day-to-day tasks, and working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Assist with personal care, such as showering and dressing
* Support residents with day-to-day tasks, including eating and social activities
* Work with the clinical team to ensure care plans are followed
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a team environment to optimize residents' health and wellbeing
* Provide high-quality service to residents, families, and the community

Requirements
------------

* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
* Ability to interact with a diverse range of people
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and a team player
* Understanding of workplace health and safety
* Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) required
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
