GHD Graduate Program is a two-year development program designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you overcome any challenges along the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across Transport, Property & Buildings, Water, and Energy markets.
  • Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
  • Supporting the team to deliver general Civil Infrastructure and Roads projects, and making a valued contribution to these major projects
  • Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, assessments, calculations, technical reports, designs, specifications, quantities, proposals and presentations
  • Inspections and observations of construction phase services (subject to review by instructing Engineers)

In your first year, we'll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry. By year two, you'll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that's diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.
