About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Engineer to join our team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our Institutional Banking and Markets division, you will be responsible for embedding quantitative analytics within our critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quantitative models and algorithms to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quantitative methods and software engineering
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in numerical skills and quantitative methods
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate & institutional lending products
  • Experience with best-practice software engineering and high-level software engineering knowledge
  • Expertise in delivering insights and analysis to improve financial and operational risk posture
  • Commercial focus to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
