Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marine operations
  • Provide exceptional communication and administration services
  • Support the Marine Operations Manager in planning and implementing marine operations strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a similar role or field
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High level of general computer skills, with proficiency in report preparation and maintenance schedules
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work well in a team-driven environment
