About the Job

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Marine Craft Construction Tradespeople. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, from new boat fabrication to water craft design and fibre glass repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication and repair of boats in fibre-reinforced plastic
  • Fabrication with timber and metal
  • Marine/boat yard operations
  • Fitting out of internal and external components of vessels
  • Installation of engineering drive systems
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An interest and commitment to working in the marine industry
  • A current Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Work experience within a creative industry (desirable)
  • Physically fit, self-disciplined, and high attention to detail
  • Reliable, resilient, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to take direction and prioritise the safety of yourself and your team members
  • Ideal applicants will have basic tools

$45-$60 per hour estimated salary based on national averages. Modern Award rates apply.
