We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to lead our retail team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance outcomes, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of direct reports and set an example of best service
- Coach the team on service behaviors and assist with inducting and training
- Ensure merchandising standards align with business requirements
- Work closely with the team to achieve results and provide feedback
- Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in a department or similar role
- Strong passion for customer service and merchandising standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet assisting customers
- Open, honest, and respectful communication style
- Eagerness to learn about new products
