Key Practice Areas (Tailored to Your Expertise): Depending on your background, you'll lead and contribute to matters such as:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Joint ventures, partnerships, and shareholder agreements
• Loan and security documentation
• Strategic business structuring and commercial negotiations
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Property development and acquisitions
• Asset protection and structuring
• Developer advisory across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Tax structuring and advisory
• M&A tax implications
• Trusts, estate planning, and asset protection
• Legislative and compliance advice
