Real Estate Investment Analyst

This is a newly created opportunity to work across the full real estate lifecycle, with a strong focus on financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and project performance forecasting.

The role offers the chance to build, manage, and refine 3-way financial models to assess the performance and viability of complex land subdivision projects.

You will analyse and challenge key financial assumptions across multistage development feasibility models, conduct detailed project-level reforecasting to assess performance and profitability over time, and assist in the structuring of debt and equity arrangements across active and prospective investments.

The successful candidate will calculate and interpret project and equity IRRs, NAV, and other critical investment metrics, working closely with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, lenders, consultants, and senior leadership.
