Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Our esteemed Real Estate team invites a highly skilled Solicitor to collaborate with us in Brisbane.
You will be working alongside distinguished Partners and teams across our national Real Estate practice.
The team represents leading property developers, investors, government agencies, and real estate funds on significant Australian transactions.
You will handle diverse transactions, from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals, and urban regeneration projects, across various asset classes including commercial office, logistics, retail, build-to-rent, hotels & leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:- demonstrable experience in transactional real estate from a leading firm
- admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
- excellent academic record
- first-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters
- proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team; and
