The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the store team to create a sales-focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the Warehouse and Administration teams' knowledge and capability.
  • Creating a positive store atmosphere to deliver a great customer experience and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensuring the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Monitoring store activities to ensure alignment with the company's core policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Establishing and overseeing effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
