$75,000 - $80,000 plus Super and competitive bonuses

Full training and support + free Fernwood membership

**About the role**

Manage the day-to-day in-club operations, where you will champion and be accountable for the results of the club and the team.

Drive the success and growth of Fernwood Belconnen with the support of a superstar team.

With supportive management guidance, training and coaching, you will oversee the operation of the club, drive results and encourage a strong team environment.

**About you**

You are an innovative woman, with a passionate, customer-focused and can-do attitude.

Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health and supporting a strong team.

Availability of to work full-time hours across the week. Ability to work at least one evening per week.

**Skills & experience**

Proven retail, service or sales management experience.

You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.

Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Certificate III and IV in Fitness is highly regarded but not essential.
