Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in delivering contemporary educational practices that enrich the holistic development of children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role within our early childhood service. You will be responsible for leading a small team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver curriculums and environments that support child development, and mentoring team members to foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Lead a small team to achieve high-quality educational outcomes;
  • Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma;
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one;
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one;
  • Experience in leading a room and a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Strong communication and time-management skills;
