We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join our Allied Health team. As a first aid professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education practices and ensuring that teaching materials meet all regulatory standards.
- You will plan and deliver engaging learning sessions that cater to different students and learning environments.
- Ensure that assessment tools and resources are aligned with industry standards and requirements.
In this role, you will establish and maintain a positive learning environment that promotes student responsibility and encourages collaboration.
Key responsibilities include adapting learning materials, undertaking administrative tasks, and assisting in the establishment and review of teaching programs.
You will also play a vital role in maintaining a respectful and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate who possesses well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including research, resource selection, and assessment tool utilization.
Certification IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or qualifications meeting Standards for RTOs 2015 is required.
A record of vocational competency, mapped to units of competence, and professional currency demonstrating current industry knowledge are essential.
