Job Description:Payment Systems Specialist

Evaluate payment checkout conversion rates to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement. Review transactional costs associated with different payment methods and gateways to ensure optimal cost-efficiency. Regularly review potential fraudulent behaviour and transactions to prevent financial losses.

  • Analyse payment conversion rates and costs to inform strategic decisions
  • Communicate with third-party providers and online payment gateways to ensure seamless transaction processes
  • Investigate fraud trends and recommend strategies to mitigate payment risks

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track payment performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and implement new payment methods
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs
  • Familiarity with online payment aggregators, platforms, and gateway services
