About The Role:

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery
  • Undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

Requirements:
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
