Logistics Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planning & Innovations Manager to join our Sydney team at Samsung. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing logistics planning to optimize our network and maximize efficiency across all transport and warehouse activity.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise closely with Supply Chain Managers to support their future forecast models and drive business growth.
- Work with 3PL providers to ensure they have the necessary resources to manage volume and optimize network, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Provide seasonal volume metrics and capability plans to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Identify commercial opportunities and support through metrics and detailed analysis, driving business growth and revenue.
- Partner with 3PLs to ensure SOPs are followed while meeting KPIs and costs, ensuring a seamless logistics operation.
- Creation and management of a reporting suite analyzing current and historical performance trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Drive process and cost efficiency internally and with our 3PL providers, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency.
- 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
