About the Role:

The Logistics Planning & Innovations Manager will oversee logistics planning to optimise the network and maximise efficiency across all transport and warehouse activity. This role will work closely with SEAU 3PL partners to improve efficiency through effective planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to build and maintain internal and external customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and Innovation
  1. Liaise closely with Supply Chain Managers to support their future forecast models
  2. Work with the 3PL providers to ensure they have necessary resources to manage volume and optimise network
  3. Provide all seasonal volume metrics and capability plans
  4. Identify commercial opportunities and support through metrics / detailed analysis
Logistics Cost Management/Key Reporting
  1. Provide ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing saving projects and tracing costs back to underlying activities
  2. Partner with the 3PLs to ensure SOPs are followed while meeting KPIs and costs
  3. Creation and management of a reporting suite analysing current and historical performance trends
  4. Drive process and cost efficiency internally and with our 3PL providers
About You:
  1. 5 years' experience in a similar role
