Health Promotion Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Promotion Coordinator to lead and coordinate health promotion services across our community health service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Population Health Team to undertake high-quality priority setting, strategy planning, implementation and evaluation of health promotion services.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in health promotion priority setting, planning, implementation and evaluation is required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective community participation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and information technology skills are also required.
